With the increasing prevalence of this disease and drug limitations, attention has been paid to non-pharmacological interventions, especially music therapy. The aim of this review is to investigate the effect of music therapy on improving cognition and reducing neuropsychiatric symptoms in Alzheimer's patients. In this review, studies published in the past five years in peer-reviewed journals focusing on music therapy and Alzheimer's were analyzed. Information including music therapy techniques, sample size, treatment time, and key outcomes were extracted. The findings showed that music therapy can help improve autobiographical memory, reduce anxiety, and improve the emotional state of Alzheimer's patients. Also, positive effects on executive function and psychomotor speed have been reported. Considering the absence of side effects and ease of use, music therapy is proposed as a suitable option for intervention in Alzheimer's patients. However, more research with rigorous and consistent methods is needed to provide more evidence to support the positive effects of this method. Music therapy can be used as an effective non-pharmacological intervention in the management of Alzheimer's disease, but it should be used alongside pharmacological treatments and according to the individual needs of patients. بیماری آلزایمر، به عنوان شایع‌ترین نوع زوال عقل، یک بیماری نورودژنراتیو است که به اختلالات شناختی و علائم نوروسایکیاتریک منجر می‌شود. با افزایش شیوع این بیماری و محدودیت‌های دارویی، توجه به مداخلات غیر دارویی، به ویژه موسیقی‌درمانی، بیشتر شده است. هدف این مرور بررسی تأثیر موسیقی‌درمانی بر بهبود شناخت و کاهش علائم نوروسایکیاتریک در بیماران آلزایمری است. در این مرور، مطالعات منتشر شده در پنج سال گذشته در مجلات داوری شده با تمرکز بر موسیقی‌درمانی و آلزایمر مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. اطلاعات شامل تکنیک‌های موسیقی‌درمانی، اندازه نمونه، زمان درمان و نتایج کلیدی استخراج شد.یافته‌ها نشان دادند که موسیقی‌درمانی می‌تواند به بهبود حافظه خودزندگی‌نامه‌ای، کاهش اضطراب و بهبود وضعیت عاطفی بیماران آلزایمری کمک کند. همچنین، تأثیرات مثبت بر عملکرد اجرایی و سرعت روان‌حرکتی نیز گزارش شده است. با توجه به عدم وجود عوارض جانبی و سهولت استفاده، موسیقی‌درمانی به عنوان یک گزینه مناسب برای مداخله در بیماران آلزایمری مطرح می‌شود. با این حال، نیاز به تحقیقات بیشتر با روش‌های دقیق و همگن وجود دارد تا شواهد بیشتری برای حمایت از تأثیرات مثبت این روش به دست آید. موسیقی‌درمانی می‌تواند به عنوان یک مداخله غیر دارویی مؤثر در مدیریت بیماری آلزایمر مورد استفاده قرار گیرد، اما باید در کنار درمان‌های دارویی و با توجه به نیازهای فردی بیماران انجام شود. /downloadfilepdf/145681
